Lenovo K900 Price announced!

Lenovo managed to do something I never thought possible of them during CES! They launch the Lenovo K900, a phone which I would love to own, this is unlikely though as I’ve just seen the purported Lenovo K900 price!

The Lenovo K900 is one of the first every Intel powered Android smartphones to be produced, not only that but it also happens to have one of the best specifications, visually pleasing 1080 display and a stainless steel body. What it doesn’t have however is a low-price tag!

Gizchina News of the week

lenovo k900 price

Chinese tech site CNBeta are reporting that the Lenovo K900 could go on sale for as much as 3999 Yuan ($640) when it hit’s stores across China, and prices are expected to be higher for international customers buying through resellers!

Just think how many Xiaomi, UMi and JiaYu phones you could buy at the same price (one of each is the answer!).

Unless you prefer phone with maximum Android apps compatibility. Now if only Lenovo make an ARM version of this phone.

Lenovo is often pricey. It’s a tier 1 company though, can’t argue there.
Compatability is a concern, but the last intel phone was selling for half it’s original price within 6 months. At least the san diego on orange UK was.
Agree about the price compared to more budget phones.

San Diego is back in stock online as of today, £80. Does it have compatibility issues from it’s Intel hardware then? For £80 it’s got some solid hardware.

I think Lenovo has overpriced the smartphone, but the quality of the product is gonna be for sure at the top. Here in Greece always Lenovo’s products are more expensive than chinese e-shops ( 15-20 % more expensive). I will wait to see the final retail prices until summer in chinese e-shops and then i probably i’ll buy it. For now, i’m fine with my UMI X1 and looking forward to get my hands-on my HTC ONE (M7) that i ordered from Clove.

Do want. For some reason I find the sharp corners and slate like look really appealing. I just hope the android community is able to come up with a pure jellybean rom for it.
