ZTE’s very first production ready Firefox OS phone is on show at the Mobile World Congress with full specification of this tiny, blue, budget phone revealed!
ZTE say that the ZTE Open will go on sale in blue and orange, around the globe from as early as April, so if you are looking for a tiny, wallet friendly smartphone this could be a great choice if you want a phone with 2010 hardware that is!
Gizchina News of the week
Being a budget phone the Open has a basic spec which runs on either a 600 Mhz or 800 Mhz Qualcomm CPU, there is just 256MB RAM and built-in memory is unbelievably small at just 512MB. The small internal memory shouldn’t be too much of a problem though as the 3.2 mega-pixel photos won’t take up to much space!
No details on pricing, but with this hardware we are expecting a very very cheap retail price!
