5000 CNY for the 64 GB version O_O !!! Have we completely left behind the days of cheap Chinese products? I blame this partially on the ever strengthening Chinese Yuan against the USD. In 2005, 5000 CNY would work out to be less than 620!!!

seriously VIVO ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR OF MIND?! 823$ for a mobile?!
if i wanted to spend that much on a phone, i would totally go for a Nokia Lumia 1520, with it’s amazing 20MP PURE VIEW camera… , at least the support team and build quality of Nokia devices are Guaranteed ! for this price, Nokia is more reliable than VIVO…
besides to my opinion Windows phone 8.1 is something more interesting than the same old one size fits all Android.

VIVO you totally let us down with this surprisingly awkward new.

I just phone a vivo x510t and I am convinced it’s better than iPhone 5 and Galaxy S4. Vivo is not just up to cheap tricks. In fact, they took everything the S4 can do and added on more to that. If that is not innovation I don’t know what is. I’m sure when this phone comes out I won’t have to defend its honor, it will definitely speak for itself. As far as iPhone are concerned, if they don’t step up soon, they will be a thing of the past.

umm…. you know you are a customer, right? and all you need is more powerfull devices with more affordable prices.

I don’t defend any brand. I don’t work for them to defend them, that’s not my job… and i gues that’s not yours too.
unless ,you think sth great , an innovation can happen in smart phone technology , go for it yourself don’t be like those brainless fans who can’t think of possibilities .those who can only fight over the brand that they have bought a phone from them and have it in their pockets! those type of people are nothing but money for their favourite compony.

        no offence.

This phone did sound interesting until I saw the price tag. No way I would even consider buying a Chinese phone this expensive. For this price I can get a known brand with guaranteed good support and updates. Very disappointing Vivo, so stupid of you!!

and who is the idiot that will pay all this amount of money for a VIVO ??? they dont understant that they are competing with Note 3 with its huge development community / LG FLEX with its magic tricks and even iphone 5s with all the WOW Factor that comes with it
with this price tag ! dont care if its 3gb ram or snapdragon ! it suppose to have the main attraction witch is the PRICE since its unknown world wide CHINESE brand !
i can not think of any worst publicity than this, i actually think half of the people were actually waiting are not considering alternatives no matter how good the device can be

Well as the phone isn’t meant for markets outside of China, and Vivo is known as a high-end phone here in China I believe many people will buy it. The Xplay3S is designed for the Chinese market and has Chinese pricing, here the iPhone 5S costs more then the Xplay 3S with a lower spec, as do the Galaxy S4 and Note 3 (depending on the model).

If this come to Germany i will Buy IT and IT replace my Note 3

I was thinking it would be $450-500. IMHO Overpriced, especially if you add international shipping.
I was considering this or the Find 7 (which includes shipping). Assuming the Find 7 is similar in spec (LTE, 805, smaller 2k screen) then I will now wait for the Find 7 and hope it’s around the $500 mark, can’t see why not.

While I appreciate the manufacturers trying to outdo each other with better higher resolution screens, is it really necessary for a 2K screen on a tiny 5″ or 6″ mobile phone? Higher res means it’ll drain battery faster. So what is the battery size for this phone? Miserable 2000 or 2500? These phone makers need to spend money on R&D on making better, thinner, lighter & longer lasting batteries.
