The iNew V8, best known for being an OPPO N1 (mini?) clone just got all the more desirable thanks to a hardware update.
The smartphone now has 2GB of RAM to go with the 1.5GHz 6 core MT6591, bump from the previous of 1GB RAM. iNew are still popular for being the makers of the iNew V3, a smartphone that won a lot of hearts thanks to its rather unique design and good looks.
We don’t know what prompted iNew to make a clone, but that’s how it is. The up side is that the V8 has a surprisingly good build, one that you hardly see on cloned devices. The specs sheet of the iNew V8 now reads:
Gizchina News of the week
Specifications
- 5.5-inch 1280 x 720p display
- 1.5GHz hexa-core MT6591 SoC
- 1/2GB RAM
- 16GB on-board ROM
- 13 mega-pixel swivel camera
- 2400mAh battery
- Android v4.4 KitKat
- Rear touch control (O-touch style), NFC
All that plus a decent build really adds up to a nice phone, if you ask us. We have an iNew V8 review planned for the coming weeks, so do make sure you’re tuned in to GizChina so that you don’t miss. Let us know if you have any questions about the iNew V8, we’ll try our best to answer you!
