ZTE reduce price of the Nubia X6 in China to compete with the MX4 Pro

To say that Meizu took us by surprise with the launch price of the Meizu MX4 Pro in China is a bit of an understatement and the shock wasn’t lost on us either as rival phone makers rush to cut pricing on their phones to compete.

ZTE’s Nubia brand have announced that they have slashed the cost of their Nubia X6 to just 2499 Yuan in a move to take some of the spot light from the latest Meizu phone. The X6 is a much larger device than the MX4 Pro with a display measuring a whopping 6.4-inch, and specs are very different too, but both are clearly great flagships at amazing prices.

If you feel you can handle the larger body the X6 also offers a Snapdragon 801 chipset, 13 mega-pixel F2.0 rear camera and dual SIM LTE as well as a micro SD card memory expansion bay. Two versions of the Nubia X6 are available, the 2499 Yuan 2GB RAM model with 32GB memory and a more powerful 3GB RAM model with 128GB memory.

6.4inch… That’s out of my league for phone size. For a phone, i can’t go beyond 5.5inches. Already, my ZTE Nubia z7 Max is enroute to me. ?

I don’t understand what you mean by APN is missing. You can’t continue the MTN access point manually ?

I have been eagerly waiting for Nubia news as it was suppose to take place on the very same day as Meizu’s product launch. Was this the thing that ZTE teased earlier?

That’s a guess not a fact, ZTE hasn’t announced anything, they are just teasing the 2499 price on Weibo for .. something and folks are assuming it’s either the Z7 or the x6.
