According to a recent leak from Weibo that appeared a couple of hours ago, the official unveiling date of the most awaited Xiaomi Mi 6 has been pushed back to the end of this month, probably during its final week.
The leakster also informed us that the Chinese giant has already prepared more than 50,000 units to be available during the first week after the initial launch of the device, with full production pumping up during the following days.
Gizchina News of the week
Regarding the price of the purported flagship model, things have changed here as well and the initial estimates about a price tag around 1999 Yuan(~$290), seem low at this time, since the cost price of the model is around 300$ for Xiaomi. This means that the official price of the most affordable variant of the device will be higher than $300 and this would be for the initial batch of a few hundred thousand units.
