University Students Turn To High Tech Gadgets For Cheating


University students taking the yearly postgraduate entrance exam have resorted to high tech cheating methods to help boost their scores.
James Bond style electronic communication gadgets ranging from simple earphones to custom made watches with built in receivers, had been developed and put on sale before this years exams, which were held on January 15th-16th in Siping, Jilin province.

The vendors selling the high tech cheating gadgets also promised to provide the correct answers to anyone using one of the device within a 1Km radius of the exam building.

The local government have taken the cheating very seriously and have arrested 2 suspected sellers of the devices and have charged 19 student with cheating violations.

Due to increasing number of university students and the lack of jobs for graduates cheating on major exams has become all to common and increasingly complex. In the last round of exams held this past week 1.5 million students took part the highest number since 2001.
