Yes, there are differences between the iPhone 4 and the latest iPhone 4S, but some are not as obvious as the others such as these slight differences found on the iPhone 4S’ screen.
If you were hoping for some enhanced Retina display, Retina HD if you will, you’re out of luck, but the iPhone 4S screen does have a few differences which may well improve the overall iPhone package.

As those of you who are familiar with the internals of the iPhone 4 will have noticed, the iPhone 4S’s screen has it’s screw tabs in slightly different locations to the original iPhone 4 screen.
We can only guess as to why Apple have decided to make the more, but we suggest that it has something to do with the internal tweaks made to improve reception and put an end to dropped calls (something which we in China have never encountered).
Other differences are the location above the main speaker is a tinted black rather tahn clear colour and also appears to be a different shape.
