This past year we have had trouble finding a half decent HoneyComb Android 3.0 tablet due to Google keeping the ROM to themselves. Cheaper tablets running the Android 3.0 ROM have appeared but they have been few and far between.
This won’t be the case in 2012 for Android 4.0 Ice-cream Sandwich tablets however, as 3 have already launched in China, with more seemingly to appear daily!
Motorola Zoom Style Tablet Running ICS
The 10.1 inch tablet, with heavily influenced Motorola Xoom styling, has just been launched in China.
Unlike some of the more flaky first attempts, Shenzhen Trust Time, seem to have put together a rather solid looking device with a good hardware specification.
Tegra2 processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, 10.1-inch capacitive screen with 1280 x 800 resolution, front facing camera, rear facing camera, Bluetooth, GPS, HDMI, USB, TF card slot, 3G card slot and 7000mAh battery.

Heiner M7S 7-inch ICS Android Tablet
Heiner’s 7-inch M7S gets updated to Ice-cream Sandwich! Could be China’s cheapest ICStablet on the market!
When released earlier this year the Heiner M7S, aka 7-inch iPhone 4 clone, had an Android 2.3 operating system with but with Android 4.0 Ice-cream Sandwich going public, this little 7-inch tablet has been lucky enough to get an early update!

Aura Pionner F1 Ice-cream Sandwich Tablet
The Aura F1 will ship later this month, but rather than follow other manufatureres and use a Samsung or Rockchip CPU, the F1 will get a Chi A10 CPU!
Highlights include 512MB RAM, 4GB of built in memory, 7-inch 800 x 480 five-point capacitive touch screen, with the front camera, 3,500 mAh battery and HDMI out.
