The first we came across, the Ainol Novo 7 is an impressive little 7-incher with a 1Ghz CPU, Android 4.0 ICS, dual cameras and and SD card reader all for $99!
However, if you can do without the cameras, and the SD card reader, Ainol are now offering the Ainol Novo 7 Paladin for only $79!

The Paladin gets the same 7-inch capacative touch screen as the Novo 7 Basic, along with the same 1Ghz CPU and 444Mhz CPU, but looses the cameras and sd card reader.

I checked the official web site of the company, it seems you need to pay more than 79 or 99 USD if you buy it directly from official web site , actually there is no place to buy those tablet with announced prices.
I also asked my Chinese friends for more information , the result was same even in China you can not buy them with 79 89 or 99 USD.
I guess it is just a trick to make the Chinese company famous in the market.
