Lenovo have become the worlds first smartphone manufacturer to introduce an Intel Medfield powered Android handset.
Lenovo announced the new Andriod 4.0 ICS smartphone which runs on Intel’s new Intel Atom Z2460 CPU earlier at CES.
The Lenovo K800 runs Ice-cream Sandwich with Lenovo’s own LeOS skin, and features a 4.5 inch touch screen, 1.6Ghz CPU, 8 mega-pixel rear camera with dual LED flash, front camera, Wifi, Bluetooth and GPS.

The Lenovo K800 will be available in China later this year through China Unicom, and as of yet there are no plans for a global launch.

now that intel joins the competition, i wonder if there will be a drop of prices on smartphones from other companies, i’m looking forward to that cheap smartphones in the future
