Imagine if you had a chance to earn a few extra $ working for Foxconn’s miniiPadfactory. What would you do to get that job? Would you line by the thousand, stand in rain for hours, pay a registration fee?
If you said no to any of the above (oh and you must have good eyesight) then you can’t even make the grade to get an interview at Foxconn’s Chengdu plant which is thought to be the miniiPad factory!

This Foxconn plant in Chengdu, which is rumored to be getting ready to manufacture the newiPad mini, is hiring thousand of young Chinese workers for temporary summer jobs and as you can see from the photos they are really determined job hunters.
Not only are their only limited jobs yet thousands of hopeful employees but there has been torrential rain in Chengdu forcing the job hunters to arm themselves with umbrella’s and other rain gear.
But for Foxconn that’s not enough and to just rub salt in the wounds the multi-billion dollar company and Apple partner expect interviewees to pay a registration fee of $24!
