I’ve not really been keeping up on the Bluebo L100 news recently due to all the exciting Xiaomi and JiaYu posts so it came to a bit of a surprise when I just read that preorders for both Bluebo L100 are completely sold out!
The Bluebo L100 was one of the first MTK M6577 dual-core Android phones we came across which mimics the look of the Samsung Galaxy S3 down to a T, however like many of the 6577 phones we posted here on Gizchina the Bluebo seems to have been plagued with delays!
However, on August 10th preorders for both versions of the 1.2 ghz Bluebo L100 grab so much attention from Chinese phone fans that the company is reporting both the HD and FW models are now sold out.
Gizchina News of the week
The Bluebo L100 HD is priced at around 1199 Yuan ($188) and features a MTK MT6577 1.2GHz processor with a PowerVR SGX531 GPU, 1GB RAM, 5 mega-pixel rear camera and 1.3 mega-pixel front video chat camera.
There is also a slightly lower cost version of the Bluebo L100 which is named the FW here in China. The FW gets the same specification as the HD but with only 512mb RAM, a lower resolution screen and a price tag of just 999 Yuan ($157).
While both the HD and FW share the majority of the same hardware and both boast an Android ICS 4.0 OS, the major difference between the two models is that the HD gets a 1280 X 720 4.7 inch display while the FW’s screen has a resolution of only 480 x 854.
We’ll have more Bluebo L100 news, photos and videos very soon so keep posted.
I’m sure the JiaYu G3 will await the same fate or even worse.
