This 9.7 quad-core Chinese tablet scores a whopping 13187 Antutu Benchmark!

Chinese phone makers aren’t the only one’s getting their game on in the electronics world! Now Chinesetablet makers are worrying the big guns across the world with tablet such as the Haina 9.7quad-core which scores an amazing 13187 Antutu benchmark result!‌

Shenzhen Haina Digital, a name we haven’t seen in quite sometime, are ready to take the Android tablet world by storm with their all new 9.7quad-coreChinesetablet.

Like the Samsung Galaxy S3 and China’s own Meizu Mx 4-core the Haina 10.1 boasts Samsung’s very own EXynos 4412 CPU running at 1.6ghz. This rather potent CPU get’s a helping hand from a Mali 400 GPU and up to 2GB RAM (1GB as standard) to run performance rings around most other tablets on the market today!

As you can see in the screen shots here the Haina 10.1’s Exynos CPU propels this Chinesetablet up to an amzing 13187 Antutu Benchmark score!

If that blistering performance wasn’t enough of a reason to give the Haina 9.7quad-coretablet a second look, Haina’s designers have also packed in a fair few great features to sweeten the deal.

The screen is a 9.7 inch model with a resolution of 1024 x 768 which is more than adequate for most users, Bluetooth 4.0 offers super fast wireless file transfer, wi-fi plus built in GPS and 3G mean you stay connected just about anywhere in the world while front and rear cameras allow you to snap pictures while on the go!

Still not enough?! Ok then there is alos a built in HDMI out, headphone jack and a single USB so you can connect it to your TV or PC.

The dimensions of this quad-coreChinese super tablet are impressive to with a thickness 9mm while the length comes in at 245mm and the width 188mm. (no mention of the weight just yet).

Android 4.0 Ice-cream Sandwich finishes off the highlights of the quad-core Haina 9.7inch Android tablet, and the company confirm that a Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update will be on the way soon!

No news on the release date or price yet! So what do you guy’s think? Another Chinese Android tablet to nail in to the iPad’s coffin?

That’s a killer !! If they dont go overboard with the prices, this just might be my next tablet ! It has ipad-like dimensions and comes with all the bells and whistles. Plz follow up and let us know other things like camera resolutions, price range (for both, 1 GB and 2 GB models) , release dates etc.. and hey, do check if you yourself can provide us something on Chinese rates 🙂 We are your super loyal fans afterall ! 🙂

This looks great! I mean especially if the QC and price are decent. Here is the ultimate catch, since it is not running a Tegra processor that takes away many of the games taking advantage of the quad core. Also like the Notion Ink Adam I have, you can have great hardware but they need to back it up with a great firmware, obviously JB but hopefully a tweaked.
Only other issue I see is if the hardware is supported on the Play market 🙁
Otherwise this is awesome seeing things come from China that are definitely hardware powerhouses.

@ Mike : Hi Mike, since im not toooo geeky on these things, I had a few questions. Why do you think the games cant take advantage of Exynos 4412? It is also a very respected Quad-Core CPU.
And on the Google Play thing, I guess we can download the apk files using the google store website and install the apps from there too, no ? Or did you mean something else there ? 🙂

  Ok here is the bottom line and my experience. Sure we can sideload an APK, download it somewhere and install it.
  Will this tablet be able to handle these games, SURE. Will the Nvidia Tegra 3 give certain options, sure because of how it is talking to the software.
  Here is the reality, The google play market gets money for sponsoring certain phones and models. My current tablet the SmartQ Ten3 is a great 4430 tablet, but I do not get to see all apps or have limitations because of my build.prop file. This file is what is read that tells what type of device it is and who makes it. The issue to this is yes we can spoof models but it does not always work.
  I cannot load Go Launcher HD on my 9.7 tablet because it isnt recognized by the developer as a “Tablet”
  Many software titles now are doing checks on load to see if you are “Compatible” which is a loose word to see basically who pays to be supported, there are checks for Tegra 3 games to see if you are actually running the Tegra 3 processor. There are items to spoof this.
  I LOVE the underdog hardware out there, that is the ONLY reason people go for an iPad is because it is marketed well and is only supporting one platform for software is why a lot of apps run so well on it.
  Does any of this make sense? Sorry I haven’t finished my second cup of coffee yet.

Indeed it was quite informative (and a bit complicated). I work with a software company and used to be a techie during my fresher days, so I do get the crux of what U mentioned about the build property file and the device “preference” by the app developers. It indeed seems to be part of dollar based propaganda, since ICS was built to avoid the whole smartphone/tablet cross-compatibility issue.. Guess a rooted version of the tablet will allow us to do more (But then again, someone needs to come up with a rooting mechanism specific to this tab, right ?)..
If they price it right, I just be willing to take a plunge and risk it 🙂

You know what will be perfect? If they release the tablet with their source code and sell under $200. A real steal there.
You can always edit the build.prop to get more app compatibilty what matters most is having the souce codes to have the device opened up. That way you don’t even worry about their jelly bean release because you can build your own.

  I would totally jump on a quad core chinese tablet because I am a sucker. I mean it does matter what the QC of the product and company it is from. My SmartQ is great quality build, my Ainol products have been alright.
  I have not been on the appstore for a few years with an iDevice, are the overall apps that much better? I by no means am a fanboy either way. I just cannot justify the prices for monopolizing hardware.
  Think of the all the PC builds, I have not bought a fully built in years because we have options. iDevices do not……….
  Just give us some nicer apps for Android 🙂

Not saying that the score is not great. But factors added to higher scrore is, the comparatively low resolution, Higher clock speed, Which can also mean higher battery consumption.
A 10.1″ incher 1280×800 would have been nicer, especially the 2GB ram with internal 3G version. But then the antutu score might not be able to spike that high.

Just for the suggestion box, with all those great quad core tablettes/phone your fantastic site present, would it be possible to have a sticky link to a page with an on-going “gizchina best perf/goodies/price ratio list ” ? obiously some are not released such as big pepper .. (still waiting ) or like this new tablette … where are we compared to all the other ones out there ? too bad we can’t buy them all…but at least , the ultimate No1 contendeur should be rewarder by our financial support !
