So what great JiaYu G3 news do we for you today? How about some sample’s photos taken with the JiaYu’s 8 mega-pixel rear camera.
With all these great JiaYu G3 leaks we’ve had over the past few days including hands on video, confirmed photos of the production model and details of the G3’s accessories, we must be near to an official launch date the this Chinese phone.
One of the reasons for the delayed release date of the JiaYu G3 was due to JiaYu trying to optimize the rear camra to improve captured images. Now the company say they have managed to get the rear camera up to their high standards, but what do you think of the quality of the JiaYu G3 camera?
Take a look at the samples below of the JiaYu G3 camera sample photos, and I will also have full quality images ready for download very soon so keep your eye’s peeled for an update.

they look OK, but not great.
Correction, they look really good for how much this phone is going to cost!!!
Looks promising, especially the plant close-up, looks real nice.
Images dont look bad at all, just good enough for mobilephone usage

( no password email)
I m waiting for this phone official release…grt look.i hope this phone will not disoppint me…pics r not too good, plant pic is good..but what about the zoom feature??
Second thought…
I was compering the photos with the photos taken by Andy using the zopo zp900, and sensor of zopo looks far superior, the price of Jia Yu G3 was always making me thinking that lees 100$ was a big margin, plus the different screen/resolutions and batteries, they have similar specs.
Jia Yu for the look of it, was cut the camera budget, inferior sensor and lens. they had to cut somewhere.
Finally, for the price was a fair photo quality, waiting to see video samples…
@Paulo: you do realize that Zopo and Hero share the same factory, the same model, the same specification right? since the ZP900 pair for Hero is Hero I9300 cost you about US$ 199.99. The only one that make Zopo more expensive is not the internal parts. It is the aftersale support.
That is not the model with 5MP and 512RAM?
@Paulo nope it’s the 1GB 8 megapixel ZP900
mmm, the second pic (the cactus) is a interesting shot using macro option.
@paulo In zp100 and zp200 zopo claimed use a sony sensor to its cell phones’s cameras, i don’t know if it’s the same with the other models but that could explain the difference in quality.
Postdata: BTW first day I inscribed to the forum but in my mail there is so many mails from gizchina as hairs in the Captain Pickard’s head…

The 3th link looks promising too. The camera has high noise at high iso (in low light). But it has great clarity at low iso pics
I meant to say 7th link looks promising too.
I forgotten to cuote Ivan@ on “That is not the model with 5MP and 512RAM?” about Hero 9300+, 🙂
