Huawei first announced its plans for a quad-corephone way back at the beginning of the year, but it’s only now that we are finally getting to see these high-powered beauties from the Chinesephone giant.
6 months is a long wait for any phone but the Huawei D1 X1 quad-core appears to be well worth the time as it come packed with great features from the powerful CPU, great looking screen and rather attractive design.
As you would expect from the name the Huawei D1 XL is a large screen phone, that’s not to say it’s a phabletdevice but it’s plenty big enough at 4.5 inches. Speaking of the display, it comes from Japanese manufacturer Toshiba and features IPS technology+ HD and 330pp!
Giving the Huawei D1 XL it’s quad-core power is a 40nm CPU K3V2 chip running at 1.4Ghz with 1GB RAM and a 16-core GPU, making this phone a prime target for thos of you out their wanting a phone capable of awesome graphics!
Other highlights include a 2600mAH battery, 8GB of on board storage, SD card reader and a rather affordable price tag of 2699 Yuan which converts to roughly $429!

This phone is hilarious.
At launch, it will be outclassed in performance by the monster on the block, the LG Nexus 4, and the cheaper Xiaomi M2. What kind of idiot will buy this phone? If one stays in China and can buy the Xiaomi M2, why would he buy this Huawei?
I’m a Chinese, but I can barely get a XIAOMI 2, coz they usually release a little, not much, for a hunger marketing.
