Meizu MX 4-Core Spotted Running Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean

Meizu seems to have finally gotten their act together and are releasing stable firmware releases with actual fixes rather than more bugs (that’s a huge improvment from when I had an M9) and it looks like the next update could be bringing Android Jelly Bean the the MX 4-core.

An eagle eye Meizu fan spotted the evidence that someone is running Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean on the quad-core Meizu MX while running AnTuTu benchmark on their phone. Other than knowing someone is running Jelly Bean on their MX (probably Meizu themselves) we have no further details about the build or when it will launch.

I wonder if Android Jelly Bean 4.1.1 will be available for Meizu for the arrival of their new Meizu MX2 phone which will launch on January 1st?
