With all the great phones arriving from lesser known Chinese brands it has been all to easy to forget about large Chinese companies like Huawei and their latest releases! The HuaweiHonor 2 looks set to change that though with a low price and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS!
According to sources close to Huawei the HuaweiHonor 2 will go on sale next month and will cost around 1799 Yuan which roughly converts to $287 which is quite a steal for a quad-core Android phone, especially one from a large and respectable brand!

The quad-core in the HuaweiHonor 2 will be a Hass K3V2 unit with 2GB RAM which are solid numbers for any phone regardless of price.
A 4.5 inch 720p IPs screen takes up the front of the phone while the rear gets an 8 mega-pixel camera with all the usual smartphone features thrown in between.
Another highlight of the new Huaweiquad-corephone is the fact that it will run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean as standard with Huawei’s own Emotion UI.
