It seems the mythical Beidou Little Pepper is back in the news, but this time it is the quad-coreTegra 3 model which has finally been announced by the Chinese eseller and manufactured by Chinese phone giant ZTE!
As Beidou promised the quad-coreLittle Pepper has been announced and will cost just 999 Yuan ($158) in China, which is amazing considering the phone packs the incredible Nvidia Tegra 3quad-core CPU!
The rest of the specification includes a 4.3 inch 800 x 480 resolution CPU, 1GB RAM, 5 mega-pixel rear camera and 2000mAh battery.
According to the press release which accompanied the quad-coreBeidou Little Pepper’s launch today, this low-cost Chinese phone supports 1080 video thanks to the 1.3Ghz Tegra 3 CPU, and packs all the usual smartphone equipment such as GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth etc!
Pre-sales of the quad-core Beidou Little Pepper will begin tomorrow at 10am where there will be 100,000 phones up for grabs!
