Gizchina first! Meizu MX2 hands on video! It’s a good ‘un!

The Gizchina were in Shenzhen last week enjoying some winter sun, and also checking out the latest gadgets! What we didn’t plan on though is getting some early hands on time with the latest Meizu MX2 phone!

The Meizu MX2 is slated to go on sale later this month, but we were lucky enough to get some hands on time with this 4.4-inch beast ahead of the official release.

From our brief hands on, we found the Meizu MX2 to feel extremely well made and to perform as well as we hoped a quad-core 1.6ghz Android smartphone might (fast!). As a whole unit the phone is impressive and I would say it is a bargain at only 2499 Yuan (for the 16Gb model). The camera is fast, the 4.4 inch screen is superb and the OS is beautiful.

If I had to niggle about anything though, I would have to say I’m not all impressed with Meizu’s choice of onscreen navigation, but as this was my first brief hands I’ll will reserve final judgement after testing the phone for longer.

wow, surprisingly, the overall experience is very nice. The viewing angle is also very good, the screen is very crisp and the camera results looks great. Too bad, no widget and I’m a bit maniac about widgets.

the difference is like night and day, with this one Meizu has put itself on the market, wheres the old one was all power no show, this one looks sleek and nice.
