ZTE Nubia Site online launching soon?

The ZTE Nubia is ZTE’s 5-inch phone which they hope they can offer to take on Oppo’s Find 5 and the Xiaomi M3 when they go on sale next year, but could ZTE be looking for a premptive strike and launch the Nubia before it’s rivals?

The Nubia phone was announced by ZTE last month. Since then we have had the odd leaked photos and some rumours of a specification, but nothing solid as to what the phone will offer, when it will launch or even a price.

Gizchina News of the week

Well it could be that the Nubia Z5 phone is getting prepped and ready for launch as we speak, as ZTE have launched and official website (splash page) in China. The ‘site’ doesn’t give us anymore of an insight to the phone, but it’s launch could hint at a very near launch date.

If ZTE were to offer the Nubia Z5 before the end of the year, they could possibly rain on Oppo’s parade by becoming one of the first brands to offer a 5-inch 1920 x 1080, quad-core phone on the domestic Chinese market.

We’ll keep an eye on any developments and keep you posted.
