Chinese electronics giant Konka are rumoured to be readying a new super phone which could make the brand a house-hold name!
Konka have been slowly taking steps to strengthen their phone range and recently began to offer some of their MTK equipped handsets in markets outside of China, but new rumours suggest the brand is gearing up for something big!
Gizchina News of the week
According to Weibo posts Konka are currently working on a new 3D phone featuring a 4.97-inch 1080HD display, 16/32GB RAM running Android 4.2.2. The mystery phone is rumoured to be running on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor, have a 10 mega-pixel camera and a whopping 3GB RAM!
Currently the only evidence to back the claims up are these leaked photos of a device running Konka’s own Muse UI. The phone is still under development, but sources claim that a retail price of around 2499 Yuan ($405) has already been confirmed!
super battery consume phone u mean ?
12/32 GB ROM you mean Andi?
Will like to know more about this device…
When?
What is the model?
Replaceable battery?
Impressive specs but any phone under 5.5″, having now experienced the 6.1″ Huawei is to small as a multimedia device. Particularly if you’re throwing 3D into the mix.
Do you hold the “phone” to your ears when you make a call.
I’d like to see a pic of that.
My guess is that it will have a external battery dongle that you carry in your pocket while showing off your 5.6mm phone.
Assuming this is confirmed, Snapdragon 600 is very good news since it’s more powerful than the usual MT6589.
By the way, any MicroSD and Double SIM slots?
According to Chinese site, the 3D mean 3D projection instead of 3D screen.
