Gizchina News of the week
If you are waiting for the UMi X2 to arrive internationally, UMi are working with Chinese E-commerce site Antelife and have promised early stock from the 18th May with the 2GB RAM UMi X2 priced at $321.99 and the 1GB X2 for $259.99, other resellers should begin getting their stock a week later from 25th May.
Like UMi Mobile International on Facebook for more updates.
$321.99!! I could buy a bloody Xiaomi for that! God that’s expensive! Even if they asked for $270 or $280 I would’ve bought it..
Yep it is a bit much, but they are also selling them a week before everyone else is. Hopefully we’ll some better prices in the not so distant future.
Umi India – STOP YOUR GIMMICKS!
Everybody who made full payments till date has already given you his choice of colours of the mobile, complete address, and has complete history of their payments, as the payment has been through banking transaction only. Free delivery was already promised.
What you need to confirm now by calling or sms or e-mail to customers????
On 9th May 2013, you dishonestly and fraudulently promised to start delivery of UMI X2 between 15th – 18th May 2013 giving “firm dates of delivery” thereby falsely inducing the innocent customers who had already paid you the booking / token amount of ₹ 500/- to further make the remaining payment of ₹ 13,500/-. To falsely induce, fool and compel such customers to make the remaining payment of ₹ 13,500/- immediately, you came up with new gimmicks on 10th May 2013 that UMI X2 is sold out. To further the anxiety of such innocent customers so that they immediately pay you the remaining ₹ 13,500/-, you came up with another new gimmick on 11th May 2013 by declaring the price increase of 2,500/- with shipping of UMI X2 2gb ram 32gb ROM.
If you fail to deliver UMI X2 2gb ram 32gb ROM to DHL between 15th – 18th May 2013 for delivery to the customers who have by now made the full payments of ₹ 14,000/- to you, it will amount to “Cheating and Criminal Breach of Trust” under the Indian Penal Code.
HENCE, STOP YOUR GIMMICKS – WAKE UP – YOU HAVE ONLY THREE DAYS TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT TO DHL FOR DELIVERY TO CUSTOMERS.
If your customers do not receive the sms or e-mail of having delivered UMI X2 2gb ram 32gb ROM to DHL they will be forced to initiate criminal action against Umi India Directors, officers and employees for cheating and embezzlement of payments made by customers and seizure of your bank accounts, closure of your website and Facebook accounts before ECONOMIC OFFENCE WING OF POLICE
Aaah… This is not the right forum Riasen… And if you have a problem with UMI then go sue them who stopped you?
Why do you have to publish it everywhere?
You paid blogger – shut your mouth!
Suing UMI India is definitely on cards. Wait for 19th May 2013.
I will make sure not only to complain myself against UMI India before EOW of Police if the promise is not acted upon by UMI India but also help others by posting “Ready Made Performa for filing / sending complaints to EOW of Police” by others who are not conversant with drafting of such complaints.
Since 15th May I have not seen any of your posts in UMI India Facebook! Why you are so afraid to raise your voice in praise of UMI India now since 15th May.
Hm. I’ve found this: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/quad-core-phone/898219996.html
What do you think?
what the different of x2 sell in chine at price 1499 Yuan ($243) vs international at price $321.99?
Since Antelife has a reputation of being an unreliable reseller, we will hopefully have other online alternative.
If you have a bad experience with them or any other reseller let us know in the forums: https://www.gizchina.com/gizchina-forum/forums/online-chinese-stores/
I was refering to the post already in the forum regarding this online shop.
Actually a very long and detailed post.
