If you’re not a fan of the current quad-core JiaYu G3S which is only available in black, you will be happy to learn the classic silver version will be on sale from 25th June.
The G3S shares the same outward appearance with the dual-core G3 along with most of its hardware including 1GB RAM, 4.5-inch 720 display, and 8 mega-pixel rear and 2 mega pixel front camera. The only differences between new G3S is that it uses a faster, more efficient quad-core MT6589 SoC powered at 1.2Ghz and has a slightly lower price tag.

No no the G4 is better ! The price is not good but I can wait for the 2 GB ram!
The G3 looks way better than the G4 in my opinion, but I respect them for trying to change it. Hopefully the G6 will look more original.

Could any one please help. MTK6589 has inbuilt modem for 3G frquencies or it is different with every phone? I need 900 +2100 MHZ phone. Jiayu g3s or 4 both are desrcibed as 2100 only. Would they have 900 mhz ??
Also does 3G speed ( e.g HSPA 21 ) is also related to MTK6589 chip regardless of phone brand?

Why not G5? Im looking for some not too wide MTK6589 / MTK6589T phone, and Jiayu is the only phone under 65mm width. But production is slow 🙁
