Leaked HTC One Mini turns up alongside it’s big brother

A lot of smartphone makers are launching smaller, less powerful and more affordable mini versions of their flagship phones, but the first I’m really excited about is the HTC One mini pictured above.

An Engadget source sent this photos of the alleged Mini HTC One (alongside the regular size HTC One) complete with details of what this little handset will be packing once it launches.

Gizchina News of the week

According to the specifications the One Mini will feature a 4.3-inch display (resolution unknown), an all alloy body with protective plastic ring and powered by a dual-core Snapdragon 400 CPU running at 1.4Ghz.

It is also likely that the HTC One Mini will also get Android 4.2.2 and feature the latest version of HTC Sense 5 which includes BlinkFeed. We also hope that HTC will give the Mini One the same updated camera technology as the full size phone, but this and much more remains to be seen.

I hope it not to be just a rumour, and the affordable tag really gives affordable prices i.e. 160 to 180 dollars.

I would prefer to buy the Xiaomi Mi2A. Less money (probably), better specifications…

Mini HTC One with a mSD slot? Xiaomi Mi2a suffers badly IMHO because it lacks a mSD slot.

That form factor is great if you make phone calls a lot more than other smartphone stuff!
