THL W11 “Monkey King” has dual 13 mega-pixel cameras?

THL’s next phone has been spotted a few times already here on GizChina, but now the nicknamed “Monkey King” has caught the attention of other media outlets.

As reported here and here, the next THLphone will be a great departure from current models. The THLW11 aka “Monkey King” boasts an all new stylish design and is packed with some really great features including a 1080 5-inch display, 1.5Ghz Mediatek MT6589T Turbo processor and 2GB RAM.

We also know that the W11 will get a rear 13 mega-pixel camera, but according to new sources it may also get a 13 mega-pixel sensor on the front of the phone also! Updated front sensor are a growing trend in Chinese phones, one which started with the Oppp Ulike 2’s 5 mega-pixel front camera, then the Meitu Kiss’s 8 mega-pixel and now the THL W11’s 13 mega-pixel.

We’re not sure how accurate these new sources are, the originally rumoured 8 mega-pixel seems more reasonable to us, but as you all know by now Chinesephone makers like to change things right until the last moment!
