Another look at the Zopo C3 today this time with an unboxing and brief hands on video.

We posted some hands on photos of the new Zopo C3 earlier today, now we have the unboxing video and a brief hands on with the latest quad-core, 1080 Zopo phone.

As we had the Zopo C2 at hand we also show the two phones side by side and give our impressions on the design and feel.

The Zopo C3 features a 5-inch 1080 display, 1.5Ghz quad-core MT6589T processor, 1GB RAM, 13.1 mega-pixel rear camera, 5 mega-pixel front and 2000mAh battery. The model we have on review is a white version but a pink model is also available from Zopomobileshop.com too.

Hmm great unboxing video. I have been using my zopo c2 16gb China edition
with latest ROMi flashed on aliyun os for about 4 days. Have not experienced any ghost touches. Seems very stable except ROM laggs habit. Might do a review soon

Andi can you please tell me if the ZOPO ZP810 chassis suffers from the same ease of bending as ZP980 / C2 / C3 models?

I love your page. Thanks for keeping us updated.
Can you confirm if Zopo C3 has a Gorilla display? Can you tell the difference now that you have both C2 and C3 on hand?
FYI, I reached out to ZopoMobile Team to confirm whether C3 has Gorilla display. While one ZopoMobile staff says “C2 16gb white color and C3 white color all are Gorilla,” another ZopoMobile staff directed me to a link indicating the C3 does not have a Gorilla display.

It would be good to know the differences between the C2 Platinum and C3. As well as the question about Gorilla Glass. There is also a question about resolution of video recording. The C2 Platinum records at 1080p whereas the C3 records at 720p max. Can you please confirm?
Also it would be good to compare this generation of phones with the 2Gb Ram phones coming and to determine if they are significantly faster, and whether they are worth paying the extra to get, i.e. bang for buck. Have you tested and bench marked a 2Gb Ram MT6589T phone yet?

Of late, wait for Gizchina’s reviews are becoming similar to waiting for launch of phones from Jiayu……… Still waiting for review of Zopo C2, Zopo Zp980 and FAEFA F1, since weeks……… 🙁
