Specifications are high on the 7.9mm thick X9, the display is a 4.5-inch 720p OGS panel, the processor is a 1.2Ghz MT6589 with 1GB RAM and 4GB of built -in memory, plus there is a 5 mega-pixel front and 8 mega-pixel rear camera.
Gizchina News of the week
Android 4.2 Jelly Bean comes installed on the phone with Xiaocai’s own CAi X9 ROM, but if you weren’t keen on that you could also install the recently launched MIUI V5 rom to it too.
Xiaocai plan to begin open sales of the standard X9 on 30th July with an advanced version coming later in the year.

Pls confirm the screen resolution. According to their site, it shows 960 x 540 and not 720P!!
This phone is awesome, looks very good and nice..
But Slim means little battery means low usage time.
And If it is really QHD..it may have good performance.
