Mlais working on both a 5-inch and 5.7-inch 8-core MT6592 phone

Mlais have leaked another photo of a PCB fitted with 8-core MT6592 processor along with a few details about it’s upcoming phone models.

Mlais say that they have a 5-inch and 5.7-inch phone in the works which will be powered by an 8-core MT6592 CPU from Mediatek. The phones will both feature 2GB RAM, 13 mega-pixel cameos and high-definition displays.

They also warned that 8-core phones may not arrive as early as some manufacturers claim due to the high demand of processors. We currently know that JiaYu, THL, TCL, Zopo, Xiaocai and Mlais are all hoping to launch 8-core products before the end of the year, however if they do they are going to be in short supply.
