HTC One Max might come in 3 variants

According to a promotion poster put up by a Taiwanese retailer, HTC’s upcoming phablet, the One Max, might come in 3 different variants, each sporting a different processor!

As expected, one variant of the HTC One Max will come with the Snapdragon 800 chipset. The Snapdragon 800 packs a 4 core CPU clocked at 2.3GHz. Another variant (HTC One Max 8060) is said to come with the Snapdragon 600 chipset, the guess being based on the fact that the poster lists a 1.7GHz quad core processor which is expected to be the Snapdragon 600. Also, it is most likely that the Chinese market gets the Snapdragon 600 variant.

Last but not the least, the third variant (HTC One Max 809d) is expected to feature the older but quite powerful Snapdragon S4 Pro. The S4 Pro features again a quad-core processor, but clocked at 1.5GHz which is also the least among the three. This variant is expected to come with a downgraded 8 mega-pixel camera, instead of the 4 mega-pixel Ultrapixel camera which the other variants will be getting.

The poster also confirmed that all variants of the device will sport a 5.9 inch 1080p screen, 2GB RAM, 3,300mAh battery, 16GB of ROM along with a fingerprint scanner, as we reported earlier. The device is expected to be unveiled in less than a week!

Of course without option to add storage and don’t remove the battery. HTC has a beautiful from in their cellphones but it is reducing the utility.
