Newman Newpad F7 tablet with 3G costs just $130


Newman are better known for their Android smartphones, but they also have a range of tablets including the likes of the new Newpad F7 with built-in 3G.

Newman have taken advantage of decrease costs and the flexibility of Mediatek 3G enabled MT8389 quad-core processor to create an entry-level tablet with great performance fully loaded connectivity options.

The MT8389 is basically the tablet equivalent of the popular MT6589 processor, it runs at the same 1.2Ghz, handles 3G, Wifi, Bluetooth and even GPS. Newman have coped the chipset to a 70inch 1024 x 600 display, 1GB RAM, 8GB built-in memory, 5 mega-pixel rear camera, 3200mAh battery and Android 4.2.2 all for just 799 Yuan ($130).

Newman will be launching the Newpad F7 soon for Chinese customers, but international resellers will also be offering the device.
