JXD launches $130 6-inch Venus P3000G phablet

JXD have made the logical step from Android powered game systems and tablets to launch their first budget 6-inch phablet.

At $130 the JXD Venus P3000G is easily the most affordable 6-inch handset on the market, but concessions have had to be made such as the inclusion of just 512mb RAM and the use of a 960 x 540 display. Still the phone does offer a decent size 2500mAh battery, 8 mega-pixel rear camera, dual- SIM support and a quad-core MT6589T processor.

With the launch of 8-core processor on the horizon we can expect more lower cost quad-core phones to launch with a similar specification!

JXD is sucha strange company about specs and prices. If you go to his website they charge you 170$ for a rk3188 7″ tablet just because they have sticks, and those tablets are under 100$.
