6.5-inch Vowney V7 goes on sale 11th November for $295

On the 11th November oat 11am Chinese phone maker Vowney will launch the 6.5-inch quad-core V7 with FHD display and NFC for $295.

Vowney have been keeping quite this year but with 2014 fast approaching they have a mystery 8-core device in the pipes and the launch of the 6.5-inch Vowney V7. When it came to speccing the V7 out it looks almost like they let the engineers walk around a warehouse choosing all the possible parts they could fit inside the 178 x 88.3 x 8.9mm body!

There is a 6.5-inch 1920 x 1080 display up front, 1.5Ghz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB memory, 5 mega-pixel front camera, 13 mega-pixel rear camera, OTG and MHL support, dual-SIM, SD card memory expansion, 3000mAh battery, Android 4.2.2, and even NFC!

The V7 will officially go on sale in China from the 11th November at 11am, which happens to be ‘singles day’ in China, at the reasonable price of just 1799 Yuan.

    Any information about international resell?
    Any official Verne (Vowney?) web-site?
Looks promising: Verne is known to manufacture quality products, isn’t it?

Given the positive nature of this article and the fact that it appears to offer more bang-per-buck than any other large-screen device I’ve come across, can we look forward to a review?

For a screen that big wouldn’t it make sense to put a 2K screen ?
