5.7″ MT6589T powered ZTE N5L receives network license

Another 5.7″ phablet from ZTE seems to be on its way to a launch, the ZTE N5L with quad-core MT6589T processor and HD display.

The ZTE N5L was spotted at the Ministry of Telecommunications Equipment Certification Center, on its way to a network license. ZTE have gone with the tried and tested 1.5GHz quad-core MT6589T to power this phablet, along with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of ROM and a 3,200mAh battery. The 5.7-inch screen on the device will have an HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

As seen in the picture, the device will feature the ‘panda’ combination of a black front and white back. There’s no word yet on the camera specifications of the device, but ZTE is expected to include the same 8 mega-pixel rear and 2 mega-pixel front combo as seen on the N5S. The N5L will have support for CDMA2000 networks.
