GooPhone are very well known for making fakeApple and Samsung phones, but they aren’t really known for keeping up with technological trends which makes their smartwatch announcement all the more surprising!

Posted here on the GooPhone.cc website, the GooPhone smartwatch will offer a 1.54-inch, 240 x 240 display, 1.2Ghz dual-core MT6577 processor, 512mb RAM, 4GB storage and a 2 mega-pixel camera. Those of you who have followed the Chinese tech industry will recognise the MT6577 SoC as the same model used in the majority of flagshipChinese phones last year and offers built-in 3G, WIFI and GPS.
Pricing is rather high for the GooPhone smartwatch with the base model weighing in at $299 and the top of the range version $349!
