GooPhone Smartwatch hands on video

A few days ago GooPhone announced that they would be launching a 3G enabled GooPhone smartwatch, here’s the first hands on video.

GooPhone are better known for producing knock off iPhones and devices based on Samsung products, but with the advent of wearable Android tech they are getting innovative with the new GooPhone Android smartwatch.

The GooPhone smartwatch is a ‘true’ smartwatch meaning that it can be used completely separate of a smartphone and has it’s own built-in 3G, GPS and even camera. Specifications include a 1.2Ghz MT6577 dual-core processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB memory and 2 mega-pixel camera.

Quite good! But I’m sure the battery won’t last on that thing since it has radios in it. Hopefully there will be more smartwatches coming up in the world to fix this issue =]

    Nice but.. Chunky.
Got to reduce the bezel size on these things.

What a shame they haven’t figured out that the bezel should be non existent. They should make it edge to edge.
