Mlais were one of the first Chinese phone makers to leak that they are working on an 8-coreMT6592 powered phone, and now they are one of the first to leakbenchmarks of their new device.

I am very sure that my eyes aren’t that bad that I need to put on spectacles before I can read properly, but am I reading the price correctly? Abbie Is that really $160 or something else?
Wooow … $160 for an 8-core monster with 2GB RAM, 32GB ROM and scoring 27,000+ in antutu? I am surely buying this one once it launches.
Haha …
🙂 ahahahahahah!!
After months, it’s still not possible to be serious about mx69pro! Product is not available, price is not sure…
All advertising, stupid marketing…
I don’t know that that is true. I just looked up the Zopo Z980 (a $320 phone from Zopo), and it sells from third parties for .. wait for it … $290-$330.
Mlais doesn’t have the volume that Zopo does, but their MX70 (which also sells for $160-$200 in china) sells for ~$190 right now in the USA.
On mlais site its quoted for 1799 yuan around 300 usd on pre order and thats selling to Chinese market, there may had been a mistake somewhere saying this is going to be 160 usd but it would be an amazing price.
As for mlais they could be an up and coming brand as i recently got shown what was a variant of the mx58. It was a smash proof device for rough use. It was very solid, it was thrown to the ground and it with stood several impact. So they are trying to build devices that is trying to get rid of the stigma of flimsy built cheap Chinese electronics.
