Anyone of them with a stylus then it’s a winner for me especially the one with the humongous 7 inch screen.

I find the price of Mlais MX69pro is USD310 in shop “Onlybuying“, but don’t know if it is the final price, is yes, really pretty good price.

All this rush to Octa Core is good and well- what concerns me is that with a power hungry Octa core first gen. processor and large Full HD displays- these phone had better standardize on at least 4000 mAh or even larger batteries. My Samsung Note 2-with a 3100 mAh battery – really needs a recharge by 8 evening..dispite having Not having a Full HD display and only Quad Core !! Battery Power is surely going to be a limiting factor in more power to next gen. Smart Phones.

1.7ghz cortex A7 will not impress me no matter how much they up the core count. I rarely see my current quad core phone even use the 3rd and 4th core consistently. They’re just sporadically and lightly drawn on, so core 5 to 8 will basically see no use at all. Factor out the extra cores and this thing is still slower than a samsung S3 processor.

2ghz is a slightly different story but still meh.

“Factor out the extra cores and this thing is still slower than a samsung S3 processor.”

Which is more than enough for 95% of the Smartphone Users out there…

Personally I am most interested in the THL Monkey King 2… not because of the octacore-SoC (I would aswell be satisfied with MT6589T or MT6588) but because of the looks + dual sim + SD card + removeable battery + possible LTE.

Green Orange NX looks interesting, too, but there is too few info on it yet.

“still slower than a samsung S3 processor”

It’s the whole package that counts. 2 gb memory, 32 GB internall sd, FHD 5″+ . MP4 grapics, 8 core cpu at a price which is still much under the price of a midrange S3. Even if ur right…who cares about that midrange specs of a S3.

I’m actually hoping for the quad core version, 720p display 4.7″, micro sd, penta band, you can keep your extra cores.

gps gps gps, take the motorola new MOTO G, when use indoor, you get a fix in 20 seconds, with other smartphones you will not get a fix even if you will wait till tomorrow.
    OTG and NFC are must.
    3200 battery is the minimum.

Does any of them have 4G too? I don’t get why 3G only phones are still being launched even when all the other specs match or surpass those on high end brand phones

not excited due to the pricing. this chip is a bit slower than the snapdragon 800. the google nexus 5 can be had for only 350. these sell for 300? 250 would have been more competitive.
