ZTE Grand S II receives network license in China!


China’s Ministry of communications have leaked yet another amazing looking device. The ZTE S221 which we believe to be the ZTE Grand S II has received its network license.

The ZTE S221 is believed to be the successor the the ZTE Grand S which was launched way back at the start of this year. The phone, which is likely to be released as the ZTE Grand S II will feature a 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080 display, Snapdragon 600 CPU, 2GB RAM, 8 mega-pixel rear came ran and measuring in at 154 x 77 x 7.9mm.

One nice, but unusual feature is tha the phone will get a Micro SD card slot! The version of the phone which received it’s network license is a China Mobile TD-SCDMA version, however a Snapdragon 800 model for WCDMA networks is also expected to launch.
