Huawei G730 comes with a 5.5-inch display, quad-core CPU for $130

Huawei already have a low-cost version of their unreleased 8-core G750 ready for launch, the Huawei G730 get’s the same size display but some cost effective spec choices to reduce the price.

The Huawei G750 leaked last week as Huawei’s rival to entry-level Xiaomi phones. The G750 has an 8-core chipset which certainly is enough to give it some serious power but the 720p 5.5-inch display was a bit of a let down! Well the entry level version of the phone also has disappointing resolution but this time a lower qHD (960 x 540)!

The Huawei G730 hope to tackle the Xiaomi Hongmi at the 799 price point. The phone has a larger (lower res) display, 1GB RAM and quad-core MT6582 chipset which we have already seen outperform the MT6589T in other phones.

Huawei plan to launch the G730 and G750 at 799 Yuan and 1499 Yuan respectively.
