FAEA offering $30 off open source FAEA F2 and F2S

FAEA are promoting their open source phones once again with an offer to save $30 on a developer version of the FAEA F2 or FAEA F2S.

FAEA released the kernel source code for their flagship F2 phones on Thanksgiving and since then have been building a team of developers to work on bringing CyanogenMod to the Mediatek quad-core phone. Customers wanting to get in on the open source action can now purchase the FAEA F2 or FAEA F2S with a $30 discount for the phone.

Keep in mind though that no custom ROM based on the released source code is expected for quite some time. Still the discount is quite a good one.

Avoid buying F2s (I own one!)… The display is very good, but the glass is thin thin thin (and crack y), the phone audio is terrible and the rom a complete mess!
I suggest you to put your money in a better product.

Now I’m using an old Nexus S (released in dec 2010) with an AOSP kitkat rom and, except for the display size) It’s far far far far… far better that F2s
