CyanogenMod YouTube channel now live, first video features China’s own OPPO N1!


One of the most exciting things to happen this year for Chinese tech enthusiasts was OPPO’s partnership with the CyanogenMod team. Now, the CyanogenMod team have set up a YouTube channel, where the first video features China’s own OPPO N1!

The OPPO N1 had been in the news after it became the world’s first Google-certified CyanogenMod phone. There’s a great rapport being shared between folks at OPPO and CyanogenMod Inc., and no one’s being shy about expressing the same to the world. The video talks about the OPPO N1 itself whilst showcasing a few features of the CyanogenMod OS running on the phone.

    Took a look at one today as they were having a promo/launching at a nearby mall. Screen seems to be tall but not all of it is being used up. The rotating camera looks neat.

      My concern exactly. The ROM does not take advantage of the large screen estate. Multi window implementation of some sort would have made some sense. Personally I am not excited about CM. There are a dozen other ROMs that offer far more more tweaks or ” features”. Eg Paranoid, Slim, Liquidsmooth, carbon ……
