Customers on China Telecom (the smallest of the 3 Chinesephone networks) are about to get some Xiaomi Hongmi love, but with the added benefit of updatedcamera hardware!
Both China Mobile and China Unicom (TD-SCDMA and WCDAM) versions of the affordable Xiaomi Hongmi have been on sale for a few months now, however CDMA customers have had to wait a little longer for their taste of red rice.
The wait will be worth it though as the China Telecom model of the phone features an updated 8 mega-pixel front camera and 13 mega-pixel rear sensor. Other hardware details including the 4.7-inch 720p display, 1.5Ghz quad-core MT6589T, 1GB RAM and 2000mAh battery remain unchanged.
