Huawei are hoping to prove that they too can produce great looking and powerful flagship smartphones and are working an range of ‘S’ series phones to do so!
Huawei have already proven a few things to customers this past year. 1) They know how to compete on price with the Honor series, 2) Can build beautifully crafted phones like the Ascend P6, 3) Are eager to bring new technologies to their devices with 4G LTE on the Mate 2! The only thing they are missing now is a highly desirable flagship Android phone with powerful hardware!
Gizchina News of the week
To fix this Huawei are currently working on a new ‘S’ line of phones which will combine the grunt of their ‘D’ range with the style and build quality of the ‘P’ range. The first phone to launch under the ‘S’ line, the Huawei Ascend SX, is rumoured to pack up to 3GB RAM, a 64bit processor, 2560 x 1440 display, 3000mAh battery, 16 megapixel battery and measure less than 7mm thick!
It’s possible that the new Huawei flasghip may make an appearance at MWC so keep posted!

Typo in the technical specs: Should be 16 Megapixel camera instead of battery. On topic now… it sounds fantastic, except of the 3000mAh battery, seems too “small” in order to have full-day power juice… :S
