UMi X3 announced in Hong Kong with 2.0Ghz Octacore


UMi have expanded their market to include Hong Kong and what better way to kick off the start of a new market than by announcing their latest flagship UMi X3 there.

The last time we spoke with UMi they told us that the UMi X3 would come after Chinese New Year, and as they promised the first signs of the release date have appeared with listings for the phone in Hong Kong.

The poster also confirms a few of the specification details along with pricing. The UMi X3 in Hong Kong will cost 2488 HKD which is around $400, and will come with a 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080 display, 2GB RAM, 16GB memory, 7.2mm body, 3150mAh battery, octacore MT6592 processor and 13 mega-pixel rear camera.

There is also news that a 32GB and 64GB version of the phone coming too, and that UMi are teaming up with some of the more famous resellers to offer the UMi X3 to international customers.

    It is not the 4G LTE version, or is it? And the price, well, earlier post said: “…the price to be around $320 for international customers..”
