So that mystery Huawei tablet we posted earlier was something, and that something is the 4G lte equipped Huawei Mediapad M1.
Gizchina News of the week
Huawei have taken everything we love about 4G lte phones and have wrapped it all up in a stylish 8-inch tablet design (one which takes some inspiration from the HTC One). The Mediapad M1 is powered by one of Huawei’s own 1.6Ghz quad-core processors, has a 1280 x 920 resolution display, 5 mega-pixel main camera, and 1 mega-pixel front (so hardly one for the selfie crowd).
Other details include a 4800mAh battery, but the highlights are 4G LTE and Android 4.4 Kitkat as standard. Like the Ascend G6 the Huawei Mediapad M1 is confirmed for the UK, but other markets will have to wait for a launch date.
