Video: Lenovo S660 hands-on
[youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fyzcqBBg7qI&w=560&h=315]The Lenovo S660 comes with a 4.7-inch screen which is as good as a far cry from the average smartphone screen size we’ve been witnessing through the past few months. The fact that this 4.7-inch panel features only a qHD resolution of 960 x 540p combined with the MediaTek MT6582M aspect goes to suggest that the device is aimed at emerging, price sensitive markets.
The MT6582M is a recent MediaTek release, which comes with a 4 core 1.3GHz CPU. Apart from the quad-core processor, the specs sheet of the Lenovo S660 boasts 1GB of RAM, 8GB on-board storage, an 8 mega-pixel rear camera, 0.3 mega-pixel front camera and a surprisingly high-capacity 3000mAh battery.
With a brushed-metal finish, the Lenovo would hope that the S660 makes a name for itself in the entry-level to mid-range smartphone segment.
