Elephone have announced that their current octacore Elephone P8 phone and their new octacore Elephone P9 water have been reduced. The price reduction comes as the price wars hot up and otacore phones slide further and further down the price scale.

The Elephone P8 is now reduced to just $249.99 while the all new 5.9mm thick Elephone P9 Water is priced at only $219.99.

    Are the Elephones full of issues (e.g. like Zopo) or will they be rocksolid runners for about 4 years of use?

      I own a P8 and it’s definitely not full of issues. Even the GPS works like a charm, just like the mainstream devices like the HTC One and the Galaxy Note 3. I do not know if they are rocksolid runners for 4 years of use but they’re certainly not bad 😉
