As we spend most of our time looking at Chinese sites, we sometimes miss phones which have been on sale for a while but are still pretty amazing! The Vizio VP800 is one of them.
The Vizio VP800 is listed on numerous international sites for below $200, and looks very similar to the Chinese handsets from Maxon. The VP800 comes in either black or while, which a simple rounded design for comfort rather than style.

For a sub $200 phone the Vizio is quite a bargain and comes equipped with a 5-inch 1920 x 1090 display, 2GB RAM, 32GB memory, and a dual-core 1.5Ghz Snapdragon S4 processor. Camera specs are average at this price with an 8 mega-pixel until on the back and 2 mega-pixel up front.
The phone is available unlocked and off contract and supports GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz and WCDMA 900/2100MHz frequencies. There are a few buts though! For one the phone only has space for a single SIM and the second is the 2100mAh battery.

I’ve heard that the under 200 dollar version of this phone are fakes, after rooting the phone it can be revealed that this phone has a mtk6577 cpu and qHD screen, can anyone who bought this confirm?
