Nubia X6 photo sample has a Oppo Find 7 beating resolution of 74.6 MP!

We thought that the 50 mega-pixel photo samples from the Oppo Find 7 are good, but they pale in comparison to the 74.6mp photos of the Nubia X6.

The Nubia X6 will launch in Beijing on 25th March, and promises to be the most exciting Nubia phone to date. Specs have shown the device will have OIS (optical image stabilisation) for the main camera, wireless charging and rumours suggest a 6-inch 2K display and all metal body.

The latest leaks show a photo which is reportedly captured by the main camera of the Nubia X6 and weighs in at 12.4MB with a resolution of 74.6 mega-pixels. Of course the chances that the main sensor on the phone has such high resolution are slim, but the phone could features a new tech similar to what Oppo will reveal on the Find 7 tomorrow.

did you check the quality of the pic? it is overpixellized, means it has been resized, that’s surely a fake.

UMM.. THAT DOESN’T EVEN SHOW AS MUCH DETAILS AS A GOOD 13MP CAMERA.
CONCLUSION:
THAT’S NOT THE PICTURE QUALITY THAT WE EXPECTED FROM A 74 MP CAMERA.
THE OLD GAME IS UP AGAIN, RAISING CUSTOMER’S ATTENTION BY PLAYING WITH MEGA PIXELS “NUMBER” (Instead of doing something that actually relates to the quality)

When viewing the photo at its actual size it’s pixelated. Probably just another marketing gimmick anyways. There is a lot more to a camera than the rated resolution which could very well be a software trick anyway. Not impressed although its probably a fake anyway.

The problem is that the local non techie folks would not know how to blow up the picture and will be very happy seeing the 74.6 mp written in the spec sheet! A blatant cheat!

Poor quality photo! I downloaded the rumoured oppo find 7 – 50megapixel photo’s & they are way better. Can zoom in so far with still good detail, also no pixelation & natural colours, best phone pictures by far if true. Just 2 days to go to find out if oppo does have hassleblad multi shot technology in phone 🙂

yeah just take a 13MP camera photo, paste it in photoshop, and enlarge it to the desired resolution… ta da! you got a 74.6MP image!

As you might’ve guessed, this image was user-interpolated, as in – this shot was taken into, say, Photoshop, and was upscate 3x, as I’ve tested.
Other note: this means the orig pic was 3840×2160, which is a 4K recording format. A camera wouldn’t take such low quality shots (ZTE wouldn’t), so…
The Nubia X6 will feature 4K Recording!!!
You can see from the artifacts that it’s video. Anyone who wants to see orig – open it in paint, or something better, and size it to 33.33%.
